Restorative Practice

Fair treatment of staff supports a culture of fairness, openness and learning by making staff feel confident to speak up when things go wrong, rather than fearing blame.  A restorative approach refers to a relational way of responding to wrongdoing and conflict that seeks above all else, to repair the harm suffered and put things right.
